"A cup of tea" mixed media canvas

Hi and good sunday!

On my relaxing sunday, I show you my project. Yes I did it! I broke a mug to do this project!

I saw it in my mind and yes, I took a little hammer and I bloke it! Yes, probably I'm crazy, but the mug costs not much :-) and it was old :-) But I said to my husband that it had fallen!!!

My canvas, besides mi broken mug, has a lot metal, resin and wooden embellishments!

so I put on them a big Snipart chipboard with my lovely gears!

There is many pieces of white laces. I covered all my canvas with white gesso, put the mug covered with crackle paste and a spoon inside. 

I coloured al my project with 13arts brown, yellow amber and tourquoise.

And with a little piece of an old book I did a fake tag of a tea-bag. 

It's all!

A vintage cover

Good morning...
My hair dresser,last Christmas, gave me a gift in a cardboard box and I altered the cover in vintage style.
I used Prima marketing acrylics, Prima marketing frame, a Tim holtz vintage photo covered with Ranger crackle gel.

prove tecniche di pasticcio! shadow box vintage

Nonostante sia tornata a casa da lavorare alle 21, mi sono messa presto presto seduta al mio tavolone del mio new craft corner perchè avevo proprio voglia di lavorarci un po'!

E siccome ho un'ideuzza in testa, un progetto in vista, sto facendo delle prove da applicare poi, ad un progetto che bla bla bla..... non posso dire nulla!!!!! 

Sulla mia imprecisione ho sprecato post e parole e un giorno feci una shadow boxe circa 800 volte con pessimi risultati....non mi trovavo bene con i tutorial che avevo trovato in giro. Un giorno però ne ho trovato uno fatto a posta per me! Un tutorial su youtubedi Elisa Favari che mi ha catturato subito, io che "le cose precise e complicate" ci piacciono poco! Nonostante il super tutorial riesco a sbagliare anche qui, e la mia taglierina dispettosa non mi sta aiutando, ma ieri sera sono riuscita a tirar fuori qualcosina. 

Shadow boxe sporcata con gli ormai inseparabili, distress oxide..... l'interno pure.... usando una foto vintage della collezione ephemera di Prima marketing, secondo me una delle più belle.
